As the only Trust Service Provider for Docusign in Hong Kong, Tradelink's Executive Director and Chief Operations Officer, Andrew Cheng, was invited to speak at the "Transforming Agreement Processes for Business Growth" luncheon organised by Docusign. Held on 28 Nov 2024, the event brought together over 60 SMEs and industry experts to explore actionable strategies for SMEs to streamline agreement processes and empower their businesses to grow faster and smarter with AI and Digital Signing.
Addressing the common issues in agreement processes, Andrew highlighted the necessity of safe and secure document handling during the panel discussion. He pointed out that delays in signing agreements can lead to significant financial losses and stressed the importance of document integrity and risk management. Tradelink's digital identity, iD-One, integrated with Docusign's Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform, was presented as an effective solution to ensure that documents are legally binding and securely managed.
Andrew also discussed how the built-in AI function helps SMEs to transform agreement processes. He noted that, when properly trained, AI can serve as a virtual legal assistant, ensuring that contracts comply with both internal guidelines and external legal requirements. This approach not only streamlines operations but also enhances overall efficiency for SMEs.
This forum provided Tradelink with an invaluable opportunity to share insights and connect with industry leaders, reinforcing our commitment to leveraging advanced technologies to support businesses in maximising their digital efficiency and achieving business growth.
